4K video can preserve more detail but requires more network and storage capacity. Remote previews may lower quality automatically when bandwidth is limited.
Upload bandwidth
Remote viewing relies on upload speed at the camera location. WiFi strength and simultaneous viewers also affect latency.
Storage planning
Capacity depends on codec, bitrate, frame rate and recording mode. Loop recording overwrites older files, so important material needs a separate backup.
