Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping is calculated by destination region. Supported regions include Mainland China, Taiwan, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Oceania and other destinations.

Shipping charge

The checkout shows the currently configured regional charge and includes it in the order total. The amount shown when the order is created is the applicable amount.

Address and custom orders

Provide a complete recipient name, phone number and delivery address. Custom products require confirmation before production and may take longer than ready-made products.
