After delivery, check the packaging, model, appearance and order contents promptly. Test only the features explicitly confirmed for the product and do so in a lawful environment.

Reporting a problem

If an item differs from the confirmed order, arrives visibly damaged or a confirmed feature does not work, retain packaging and labels and provide an unedited problem video with the order number. Do not disassemble or return an item without instructions.

Custom products

Products made for a specific model, size, color, opening or feature are personalized. Return eligibility depends on the confirmed order, the actual issue and applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
