We process information submitted by customers only to complete orders, delivery, payment confirmation, order lookup and customer support.

Information processed

This may include recipient name, phone, email, delivery address, notes, purchased items, order value and payment status. A TRC20 transfer is also recorded on a public blockchain.

Use and security

Information supports order fulfilment, payment verification, delivery, support and abuse prevention. We never need a wallet private key, seed phrase, account password or verification code. Do not post order or identity information publicly.
